Daniel M. Bell

Chief Executive Officer

Prior to assuming the leadership role at Aero 3 Holdings (AeroRepair Corp and Hemico Incorporated), Dan was the co-founder and Managing Director of the Weinberg & Bell Group (“WBG”), a Cleveland, Ohio based private investment and management firm. He was responsible for the firm’s operations and was actively involved in working with the management of portfolio companies, setting strategic direction and financial goals, and was the liaison between portfolio company management and the co-sponsors of WBG investments. Prior to WBG, Dan held numerous senior executive level positions at multi-national Corporations in the US and abroad.


Paul Severin

Executive Vice President

Paul has spent his career in the aviation wheel, brake and components business throughout the global marketplace. Over the past 35 plus years, Paul’s career included tenures at Goodrich Aerospace (UTAS), Honeywell Aircraft Landing Systems, Messier-Bugatti-Dowty and the Avianor Inc. Wheel and Brake Division, now a part of AeroRepair Canada. Paul’s responsibilities are multifaceted, including assisting in Operations, Business Development and Strategic Planning, and is based out of the Company’s Atlanta facility.


Brian Dubreuil

Chief Financial Officer

Brian is an experienced finance professional with demonstrated history of working in various manufacturing industries, specializing in Aviation and Automotive. Brian is responsible for all administration functions including finance, accounting, treasury, supply chain, IT, and HR, along with working with Operations and Senior Management on Strategic Planning. Brian has worked in private and public company environments, domestic and international. Prior to AeroRepair, Brian was a North American Controller at a Global Manufacturer and a U.S. Operations Controller with a private Aviation Manufacturer.


Mostafa Abdalla

Vice President of Operations

Mostafa is an experienced operations professional with a distinguished career steeped in the principles of lean manufacturing, Mostafa brings a wealth of expertise and strategic insight to our team at AeroRepair. Mostafa plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and efficiency within our organization. Mostafa’s journey in the realm of operations management began within the esteemed Berkshire Hathaway Companies, where he honed his skills and cultivated a deep understanding of lean manufacturing principles. Over the years, he has held various leadership positions, spearheading transformative initiatives and driving operational performance to new heights.


Gregory Coffield

Vice President of Sales and Customer Service

Greg is a seasoned leader with a military and industry background spanning over 30 years. Greg previously worked for Goodrich Wheel and Brake in Program Management and Sales roles covering Aftermarket and MRO. Greg served as a Battalion Commander and Blackhawk pilot logging time in a variety of rotary wing aircraft over his military career. Greg has responsibility over Aircrafters, Skywheels, sales, marketing and customer service.
